Cleanroom Assembler Job Summary

The Cleanroom Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, test, and package medical devices according to documented work instructions and procedures.
  • Maintain consistent quality and workmanship of products.
  • Process paperwork accurately and neatly.
  • Understand and comply with Quality System requirements.
  • Complete assignments in a timely fashion and minimize interruptions of work.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow standard safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements.
  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures per the LSI Solutions Employee Manual.
  • Report to work on time and return from breaks and lunch periods.
  • Properly task in and out of work orders.
  • Capable of searching and locating documents and work instructions in GAS.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is necessary, assembly experience is preferred.
  • Cleanroom experience is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
