Job Overview

Twin City Demo is seeking a skilled Demolition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently performing selective commercial demolition tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site assessments to identify potential hazards and develop effective demolition plans.
  • Operate a variety of power tools, including scissor lifts, scaffolding, and demo hammers, to safely dismantle structures.
  • Remove flooring, walls, ceilings, and other materials, ensuring a safe and controlled environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including night hours.
  • MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must possess basic hand tools, including a hammer, drill, screwdrivers, and tin snips.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and work on feet for extended periods.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with construction and demolition techniques.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
