About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Epic Analyst to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and optimization of our Heart app.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for the Heart app, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Epic systems and related technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in medical informatics.
Requirements
  • Epic Certified in Cupid Cardiology (Extended scope)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
