Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist will work with patients to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions. You will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician. Additionally, you will set realistic and achievable goals for your patients, document and record the patient's condition, and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
  • Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates, and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
  • Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
Requirements:

To be considered for this Physical Therapist position, you must have a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE. You must also have a minimum of one year's experience as a Physical Therapist and be currently licensed as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or in the process of obtaining licensure.
