We are seeking a highly skilled Urology Physician Assistant to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a Urology Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our urology department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of urological conditions
- Conduct patient evaluations, take medical histories, and perform physical examinations
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab results and imaging studies
- Prescribe medications and treatments as authorized by physicians
- Provide patient education and counseling on urological conditions and treatment options
Requirements:
- Must be licensed in the state of TX or be eligible to be licensed
- Experience in urology or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
