Are you ready to take control of your financial future and achieve unlimited earning potential? ADP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50 – 150 employees.

You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. ADP is committed to supporting your success with continuous sales training and the latest technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow our business while growing yours by working independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to your clients, internal partners, and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven winner with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
  • Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call, manage your time well, and present your ideas in a clear professional manner on paper, in-person, and over the phone.
  • Confidently fearless with a willingness to take risks and challenge the status quo.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a natural ability to lead, be resourceful, thrive under pressure, and bounce back quickly.
