We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer Senior to join our team in Washington, DC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge solutions to complex problems and tailoring them to the unique requirements of our clients.
About the Role
The Sytems Engineer Senior will provide technical support and administer IT systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. This includes supporting Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune administration, creating and managing collections and queries, deploying applications and packages, and troubleshooting content distribution and management issues.
You will also collaborate with the team and clients to increase efficiency and improve overall organizational security levels. Additionally, you will lead continuous improvement efforts within the team and work with the support organization to improve operations and execution.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
We require a minimum of 5+ years of experience providing IT technical support or administering IT systems, with at least 3+ years of experience working with MECM/SCCM. Strong PowerShell scripting experience and knowledge of Active Directory and GPOs are also essential. Experience patching, deploying software, and resolving MECM/SCCM client problems is required. Additionally, strong prioritization, problem-solving, diagnosis, and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
Benefits
