Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with engineering and maintenance teams to develop and implement programs aimed at improving machinery efficiency, product quality, and overall reliability.
- Conduct high-level troubleshooting for machine issues during shifts, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, adhering to established procedures and safety regulations.
- Verify proper operation of machinery post-installation, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Work alongside external contractors and suppliers for the installation, repair, or commissioning of plant equipment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of new installations and modifications, ensuring all drawings and manuals are accurately filed for future reference.
- Continuously upgrade your skills through training sessions, technical publications, and by reviewing practices from other facilities.
- Operate specialized diagnostic and testing equipment, maintaining accurate service records.
Shift Information:
- 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule every two weeks, following a 2-2-3 work pattern.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Technology.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Direct experience with PLC, motion, and automated equipment is essential.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations.
