Position Overview:
The Lead Sales Strategist for North America is tasked with collaborating with the Territory Development team to formulate and execute sales initiatives aimed at expanding the business footprint.

This role involves engaging with Gemini's premier clients, pinpointing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the signage sector, and collaborating internally to stimulate growth.

As a sales authority, you will possess in-depth knowledge of Gemini's offerings and the Signage industry, adeptly navigating the market landscape to catalyze new business development. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve or surpass the sales objectives established by the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
To excel in this position, an individual must effectively fulfill the following core responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership (25%): Oversee, mentor, and cultivate the Outside Sales team across North America.
  • Sales Strategy Development (25%): Align sales tactics with Gemini's market entry strategy and manage annual sales growth planning.
  • Territory Expansion (50%): Assist the team of Territory Development Managers and Channel Sales Managers in executing growth strategies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
- Experience in the Signage Industry is preferred but not mandatory
- At least 5 years of experience in managing a sales team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
