Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents by implementing policies and procedures approved by Generations Group.
  • Provide active, therapeutic supervision during treatment and educational activities, fostering a supportive environment.
  • Coordinate therapeutic activities, oversee completion of resident tasks, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor resident behavior, intervene as needed, and maintain a safe therapeutic environment using TCI and C.A.R.E. techniques.
  • Document daily shift reports, attend staff meetings, and participate in staff growth and development training activities.
