- Monitor operations of nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred, but not required
- Five years nursing experience required
- Thorough knowledge of nursing practice act and standards of nursing care
- Working knowledge of administrative and management techniques
- Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
