Job Title: Concrete Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our construction crew in the completion of major concrete projects. The ideal candidate has extensive professional experience in construction, particularly with concrete projects.

Wolf Creek Contracting is a General Contractor located in a central region, servicing Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, and surrounding markets. Our diversified crews handle various projects such as new construction, renovations, concrete, design/build, pre-engineered metal buildings, and structural steel buildings.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tasks and schedules for crew members
  • Supervise workers throughout the shift, ensuring safety, appropriate work stoppages, and organization
  • Resolve problems with projects, materials, and workers as they arise

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Five years of construction experience, including experience in a leadership or supervisory position
  • Detailed knowledge of concrete construction procedures and OSHA guidelines
  • Experience with blueprint reading, concrete finishing, and managing crews
