We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at SpecialtyRx. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of pharmaceutical orders for long-term care facilities and assisted living communities.

ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities as an Order Fulfillment Specialist will include:
- Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information, including demographics and medication lists.
- Generate labels for dispensing medications efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone inquiries and responding to order-related questions promptly.
- Clarify orders as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and meet productivity and quality requirements, adhering to company standards.
- Triage incoming faxes accurately and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the team.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Registered Pharmacy Technician certification from the FL Board of Pharmacy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in pharmacy preferred.
- Familiarity with brand name and generic medications, as well as SIG-Codes.
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently, with strong multitasking skills.
- Computer literacy, preferably with knowledge of Frameworks LTC system.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
