Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning, ideally within the agricultural sector.
- Expertise in financial analysis tools and business software (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software, SAP, Qlik, PowerBi).
- Strong skills in strategic financial analysis and effective communication.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and adapt to changing environments.
- Experience in process improvement and managing complex industry dynamics.
- Proficient in data management and balancing short-term and long-term priorities.
- Knowledge of cost management practices in agriculture.
