Summary: The role of a Massage Therapist is integral in restoring balance to the body through the art of touch. This professional is tasked with addressing the needs of clients by delivering relaxation and alleviating discomfort. Each treatment is tailored to the unique requirements of the individual, ensuring a personalized approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with clients prior to treatment to identify and assess areas needing therapeutic focus.
  2. Evaluate client expectations and inquire about pain or discomfort, updating medical histories as needed.
  3. Administer therapeutic massage techniques in a professional manner, staying informed on contemporary practices.
  4. Maintain communication with clients during sessions to ensure comfort with pressure and techniques.
  5. Provide exceptional client care, aiming for a 5-Star experience with every session.
  6. Advise clients on suitable retail products for their needs.
  7. Prepare the massage area, including changing linens post-treatment.
  8. Uphold cleanliness and a hygienic environment at all times.
  9. Ensure that professional licenses and liability insurance are current.
  10. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in all essential duties. Experience in custom and prenatal massage is required.
