We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. as a Nurse in our outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
  • Oversee a group of patients with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
