Key Responsibilities

This role involves the following responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on Ford vehicles, including transmissions, engines, and electrical systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and meet productivity goals
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively and ensuring timely completion of repairs
• Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and certifications to maintain expertise in transmission repair

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Transmission Technician or equivalent
• Ford certification and experience with manual and automatic transmission repair
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose complex issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per year.
