Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our Nutrition Team at Compass Group, North America. This position will involve providing medical nutrition therapy to patients in various healthcare settings, including critical care, orthopedic, medical/surgical, rehabilitation, and oncology units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized diet plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective implementation of nutrition therapy.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in clinical nutrition and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nutrition-related policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
