Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients and healthcare professionals
- Lead and direct Pharmacy Technician Support Staff to ensure seamless pharmacy operations
- Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management
- Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS Health from competitors
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
