Key Responsibilities:
  • Document and track all complaint samples received for thorough evaluation.
  • Facilitate the shipping of sample return kits both domestically and internationally, ensuring timely communication with requestors.
  • Oversee the accurate and prompt dispatch of sample return kits, maintaining inventory and supply orders through approved vendors.
  • Manage image and video review requests, ensuring timely processing and maintaining an organized tracker for all requests.
  • Adhere to good documentation practices (GDP) when recording preliminary and analytical results.
  • Report any unexpected issues to the Supervisor or Manager promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and compliant laboratory environment, consistent with biosafety standards.
  • Foster professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper storage and disposal of complaint samples according to established procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and practices.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination or willingness to undergo vaccination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Preferred:
  • Familiarity with FedEx shipping systems for efficient transaction processing.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Background in the medical industry (GMP) or laboratory experience is advantageous.
