Key Responsibilities- Electrical Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain electrical components, wiring, and equipment.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of equipment and systems.
- HVAC and Plumbing Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and plumbing systems to maintain a comfortable and safe working environment.
- Painting and Finishing: Build, repair, and paint various interior and exterior finishes to maintain the appearance of our facilities.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Experience: 7 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electric maintenance required.
- Certifications: HVAC, Electrician, and Plumber certifications required.
