University Overview

As a Psychology Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day functioning of our research center, assisting with grant-funded projects, and contributing to the success of our research team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit and coordinate with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their family members for research studies
  • Administer questionnaires to measure quantitative autism-related traits and anxiety and executive functioning traits
  • Conduct behavioral phenotyping assessments, including actimetry and other sleep-related measures
  • Liaise with the Simons Foundation and draft progress reports
  • Manage and maintain IRB protocols, including amendments
  • Enter data and manage the RedCap database
  • Participate in data analysis and graphing
  • Attend weekly lab meetings and research team meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree and 0-1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
