We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist Specialist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. This role involves providing comprehensive assessment, psychotherapeutic, and counseling services to children, adolescents, and families in need.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain consultative relationships with internal and external caregivers
- Provide emergency services as required
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related mental health field
- LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC licensure (Associate licensure accepted)
- Current certifications and associate licensure
- Ability to bill independently for services rendered
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of computers
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with assistance up to 100 pounds)
**Compensation and Benefits:
