With over five decades of experience in providing essential treatment services in Lewis County, we are in search of a Practical Nursing Specialist to enhance our Outpatient Medical Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering medical assistance to enrolled clients, focusing on medication oversight, treatment coordination, and collaboration with primary clinicians and case managers.

  • Possession of a valid LPN credential from the Washington State Department of Health is required.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental health conditions is preferred.
  • Experience in collaborative work with other service providers is advantageous.
  • Strong professional representation of the agency and effective communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides comprehensive support to clients, the medical department, and the Director of Nursing.
  • Facilitates treatment services in coordination with relevant agencies and the client's support network.
  • Ensures accurate record-keeping in alignment with agency policies.
  • Engages in supervision, consultation, and training as directed.
