Restaurant Team Member

We are a family-owned and operated Burger King franchise, dedicated to providing exceptional guest service and maintaining operational standards in our restaurants. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience while working closely with our management team to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and package food and drink products to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, including the dining room, restrooms, and exterior, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
- Inventory Management: Unload and stock inventory items as needed to ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Be punctual and regular in attendance on assigned shifts, ensuring that we have adequate staff to meet customer needs.
- Uniform and Grooming Standards: Adhere to our uniform and grooming standards, presenting a professional image to our guests.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, able to interact positively and professionally with guests and coworkers.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Be willing to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
- Availability: Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed, to meet customer demand and support our business goals.
