Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support elementary students with speech and language needs in Flagstaff, AZ.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $20-$40 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Implement therapy activities to support students' Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Conduct individual and small group therapy sessions to meet students' unique needs.
  • Collaborate with the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist, teachers, and parents to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • A valid Arizona Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license is required.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to travel between school sites is required, with mileage reimbursement available.
