Join Our Team as a Compassionate Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services. As a Nurse Delegation Specialist, you will provide exceptional in-home care and companionship to our clients in the Seattle Metro area.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Perform Nurse Delegation tasks, including assisting with activities of daily living
  • Provide light housekeeping and transportation services
  • Offer companionship and supervision to our clients
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) License
  • Nurse Delegation Certificate
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Previous Long-Term Care experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass background check and medical clearance prior to hire
  • Work authorization required
  • Maintains current driver's license and a dependable insured vehicle
  • Effective oral and written English communication skills
