We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist at Marshfield Clinic Health System, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications to our patients. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing accurate and timely medication information, counseling patients on proper medication use, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication profiles.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and medication therapy.

Requirements:

  • Pharmacist license awarded by the State of Wisconsin or eligibility for WI pharmacist licensure that must be obtained within three months of hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
