Our ideal candidate is an experienced, passionate, and like-minded individual with a sense of adventure who gets a thrill out of solving challenging problems and is eager to develop next-gen marine EV technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement electrical, mechanical, and software systems for our EV hydrofoiling vessels
  • Oversee the testing and validation of systems to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system-level tests and validation procedures
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex system-level issues across various domains
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for system integration and testing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in system integration or related field
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software systems
  • Experience with hardware system testing and troubleshooting
  • Experience with electrical test equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
  • Knowledge of communication protocols, such as TCP/IP, serial, I2C, SPI, etc
  • Familiarity with sensor integration, including IMUs, sonar, cameras, GPS, battery powers systems, GSE, motor drivers, actuators
  • Proficiency in using simulation and modeling tools for system validation and performance analysis (including python, matlab, or equivalent)
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git
