Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Order Selector who will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. This position is essential in maintaining the flow of operations within our warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and prepare store orders, including identifying item locations, descriptions, and required quantities.
  • Carefully select merchandise and organize them into totes or boxes for distribution.
  • Safely move totes or boxes weighing between 30 to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy in merchandise selection to meet operational standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of 10 or more employees on pick lines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas at the end of each shift.
  • Exhibit regular and reliable attendance to support warehouse operations.
  • Participate in cross-training for various warehouse functions as needed.
  • Adhere to all CVS Health warehouse policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting pay at $18.00 per hour with a $0.75 shift differential for second shift.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
