We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Registered Nurse to join our team at Northwest Medical Center - Bentonville. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and leading our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Supervise and direct the activities of licensed and non-licensed care givers and support staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Teach patients and families about their conditions, medications, and self-care skills to promote independence and empowerment.
- Use independent judgment to prioritize tasks and manage resources to ensure seamless patient care.
- Associate's degree in Nursing and current RN licensure.
- Prefer Bachelors degree in Nursing.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a hospital setting.
