**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Masonicare Health Center in Wallingford, CT. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide basic nursing care, including transferring, ambulating, and toileting
* Follow treatment plans designed to meet the unique needs and abilities of each resident
* Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery

**Requirements:**

* Current Connecticut certification as a nurse's aide - C.N.A.
* CPR certification
