THE ROLE
The Experience Marketing Coordinator for House of Blues and Brooklyn Bowl will collaborate closely with the Director and Manager of Experience Marketing to implement comprehensive national marketing strategies for 10 House of Blues and 3 Brooklyn Bowl venues nationwide, focusing on all experience-related business lines, including dining, Foundation Room, and bowling.
This position will be crucial in organizing and disseminating assets and information to teams across various locations, where meticulous attention to detail is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the execution of strategic roadmaps and integrated marketing plans for our House of Blues and Brooklyn Bowl operations.
- Facilitate communication with teams across Branding, Operations, Dining, Special Events, and more to enhance marketing and communication strategies.
- Assist in the development of shared documents and other resources to ensure alignment among internal partners and external agencies.
- Help manage projects with clear expectations and deliverables from both internal and external collaborators.
- Perform a variety of administrative and marketing support tasks for the Experience Marketing team.
- Contribute to asset creation and deliverables across multiple teams.
- Assist in gathering tracking data and reporting for performance and ROI analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the entertainment or hospitality sectors.
A creative storyteller and strategic thinker capable of bringing our venues to life.
Passion and knowledge of hospitality and live music are advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with graphic design tools or online platforms like Canva is a plus.
Ability to cultivate effective inter-departmental relationships within a complex organizational structure.
Strong skills in presentation and deck creation.
Highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously.
