- Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as counseling or psychology.
- Current licensure as a therapist in the state of California.
- At least 2 years of experience in outpatient mental health settings, with a focus on working with diverse populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and other software applications relevant to the role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
- Experience working with military families or in a similar context.
- Previous experience in providing telehealth services.
- Knowledge of childhood mental health disorders and ability to provide supportive care.
- Ability to provide substitute supervision when needed.
- Bilingual proficiency or experience working with diverse populations.
