Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Patterns LLC. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for operating medical imaging equipment to capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate medical imaging equipment, including X-ray machines and other imaging devices, to capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Position patients safely and comfortably for imaging procedures, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot medical imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including radiologists, nurses, and other medical professionals, to produce accurate images and assist in patient care and treatment planning.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of radiation safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the state of New York.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with medical imaging equipment and software.
  • Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
