Join Our Team as a CT Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at St. Mark's Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our radiology department.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CT scanning equipment, preparing patients for exams, and ensuring that all imaging procedures are performed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CT scanning equipment to ensure optimal performance and image quality
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients for optimal imaging
  • Conduct imaging procedures, including CT scans, to diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking supplies and linens
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in radiology and imaging, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in radiologic technology or a related field is preferred.
