CrossMed Allied is seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team. As a Radiology Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Administer radiologic exams and procedures to patients, ensuring accurate and safe results.
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, including X-ray machines and other diagnostic imaging devices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support throughout the diagnostic process.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
- Current certification in radiologic technology, such as ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in radiologic technology, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to lift and move patients, as well as operate radiologic equipment, with minimal physical strain.
