Lead Teacher Director

The Learning Experience#384 seeks a dedicated Lead Teacher Director to create a positive and engaging learning environment for preschool children. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children, have excellent communication skills, and be committed to providing high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using fun and engaging characters
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements

Requirements:

• 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred; at least six months of experience required
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
• Must be willing to be flexible with schedule; operation hours 6:30am-6:30pm

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
