**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ER Charge Nurse to join our team at AHMC Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the nursing care on your shift and overseeing ER patient flow. Your focus will be on providing a safe and effective environment for patients and staff through increased communication and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate nursing care on your shift
* Oversee ER patient flow
* Provide a safe and effective environment for patients and staff
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

**Qualifications:**

* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
* Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certification
* One year experience in Emergency Department
* Competent to perform services in triage, fast track (RTA), and main E.D.
* Management of Assaultive Behavior completed within 90 days of hire
* Dysrhythmia certification
* Current NIHSS certification, or within 90 days of employment
* 4 hour Stroke class within first 90 days of employment
