Caregiver Opportunity at Sevita

We are seeking compassionate and patient individuals to join our team as Caregivers at Sevita. As a Caregiver, you will provide assistance and strategies to individuals with complex needs to help them live well in their community and environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
  • Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
  • Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
