Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
  • Develop and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
  • Train staff teams on Applied Behavior Analysis concepts and principles
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide regular training and coaching to staff on ABA concepts and principles
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with children/adolescents/adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders
  • Significant experience writing Positive Behavior Support plans and conducting FBAs, and training staff
