Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Deli Dishwasher to join our team at Oliver's Market. As a Deli Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized dish area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring they are free of food residue and bacteria.
  • Sort and store clean dishes, ensuring they are easily accessible and within reach.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils, including the dish machine and surrounding areas.
  • Assist in daily food preparation as needed, including tasks such as chopping vegetables and marinating meats.
  • Segregate and dispose of garbage, compost, and recycling in designated containers.
  • Transport laundry to designated pick-up areas.
  • Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Food Handlers Certificate (ServSafe or ANSI compliant organization) required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
