Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Investment Property Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Community Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the community, including leasing, resident services, and maintenance.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Lead the overall happiness of the community by providing exceptional customer service and resolving resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive leasing and retention.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including resident information, lease agreements, and property inspections.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Assistant Property Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in leasing and resident services, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detailed and organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Bonus skills: Yardi experience and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
