Physician - Maternal Medicine Specialist

At Williamson Medical Center, we are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our patients and community. We are seeking a skilled Maternal Medicine Physician to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a board-certified physician with a strong background in internal medicine and maternal care. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of independent medical practice experience and three years of management experience. The physician will be responsible for supervising the internal medicine practice clinic, including clinical operations, personnel selection, and personnel reviews.

- Supervise the administrative functions of the clinic
- Plan for short and long-term goals of the office-based clinic
- Organize and evaluate the clinic's work process and workflow, both inpatient and outpatient
- Maintain a good working relationship with the physician staff of the hospital
- Track clinic budget for salary, capital expenditures, and other operating expenses
- Participate in medical staff meetings and activities
- Maintain good working relationships with other department managers
- Maintain an open attitude toward new procedures, operations changes, and new techniques
- Maintain current OSHA & HIPAA regulations
- Timely completion of all practice/clinic records necessary to accomplish billing
- Undertake or participate upon request in activities that will build the practice
- Maintain office hours as scheduled
- Deliver professional services to patients and always keep patient satisfaction a priority
- MD or DO degree
- Appropriate board certification
- At least three years of independent medical practice experience
- At least three years of management experience
- Appropriate skills and training expected for a private physician within the specialty of internal medicine
- Good computer skills
