Mixology Specialist

Eclipse Bistro Restaurant is seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team.

As a Bartender at Eclipse Bistro, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, preparing and serving drinks, and working efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Experience in upscale, high-volume, full-service hospitality is a plus.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks, including classic and creative cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure accurate accountability of food & beverage sales to each guest.
• Inventory and stock the bar area for the following shift.
• Have a general knowledge and understanding of the culinary menu.
• Keep an efficient work pace that allows guests at the bar and in the dining room to be satisfied at all times.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years' experience working as a bartender.
• Ability to work nights, weekend, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and take direction in high-volume situations.
• Must possess Delaware Alcohol Server Training Card.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
