We are seeking a skilled Community Liaison to join our team at Haven Hospice. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and individuals to promote our hospice and home health services.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain professional relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physician practices, nursing homes, and other healthcare organizations.
- Conduct outside sales calls to existing and potential referral sources within an established territory.
- Promote our programs and services to medical professionals, civic organizations, and community groups.
- Attend trade shows and vendor fairs to generate business and establish professional relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulatory requirements.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field. A current and valid state driver's license and proof of auto insurance are also required.
