SalaryThe salary for this Registered Nurse position ranges from $48.83 to $74.75 per hour, offering a competitive compensation package that reflects your experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis role is designed for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in an acute healthcare setting. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and support.
Your responsibilities will include managing patient care assignments, directing ancillary staff, and demonstrating leadership skills through charge nurse functions. You will also be responsible for assessing patients' physiological and psychological needs, planning and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong nursing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have at least 1 year of experience in an acute healthcare setting, preferably as a Registered Nurse.
Certifications and licenses required for this position include RN-Registered Nurse of California, BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider, and CRNA-Certified Nurse Anesthetist. Additionally, department-specific certifications may be required.
