About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Intervention Specialist to join our team. As an RBT under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), this individual will use applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques to help clients develop new skills and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA interventions to clients in natural environments, promoting skill development and generalization.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to track client progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with other program staff to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent program implementation.
  • Provide feedback to parents and guardians on daily activities and client progress.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is highly valued.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques is beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Possess reliable transportation for traveling to client homes or clinic locations based on caseload.
