Electrification Assembler

Job Summary:

Columbus McKinnon is a leading worldwide designer, manufacturer and marketer of intelligent motion solutions. We are seeking an Electrification Assembler to join our team in Waukesha. This role involves reviewing shop orders, pulling parts and materials, and assembling them to meet customer requirements.

About the Role:

• This position requires the ability to read and comprehend product specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
• The successful candidate will have experience with operating a wide variety of small hand and power tools, wire cutters, and computers.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, along with six to twelve months of related experience, is required for this role.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
