Job Summary

The Event Parking Attendant position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-profile customer service role. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional assistance to event spectators by directing traffic in and out of parking lots, ensuring a seamless experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Adhere to a strict schedule, arriving on time for shifts and presenting a professional image in uniform.
  • Develop a rapport with customers, offering a warm welcome and expert assistance to leave a lasting impression.
  • Provide accurate information on parking options, guiding visitors through the lot efficiently.
  • Ensure smooth traffic flow by effectively directing vehicles, maintaining clear lanes, and optimizing parking space usage.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by regularly inspecting the lot and removing debris.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
